Your OOPS Moment Is Not the End of Your Story.

In The OOPS Factor, Dr. Shelta J. Richardson-Linck shares an honest and deeply personal journey through leadership failures, painful setbacks, unexpected losses, and life-changing decisions. Rather than hiding the difficult parts of her story, she reveals how those experiences reshaped her leadership, strengthened her faith, and led her toward a deeper sense of purpose.

Through the OOPS Framework—Own It. Observe the Patterns. Pivot. Steward the Scars.—readers are invited to face mistakes without shame, recognize the patterns that keep them stuck, make purposeful changes, and use what they have learned to help others.

This book is for anyone who is rebuilding after disappointment, wrestling with regret, navigating a major transition, or wondering whether their best days are behind them. It offers practical wisdom, honest reflection, and hope for moving forward with greater clarity, courage, and purpose.
